Abstract
The study investigated the effect of oral administration of both sod. Nitrite and butylated hydroxy toluene within the permissible limit which respectively 150,.05mg/kg b. wt of mice for 21 days on the total and differential leucocytic count and their histopathological changes on liver and spleen. Also their effects on the cellular and humoral immune response of mice vaccinated by inactivated Rift Valley Fever vaccine then blood and tissue samples were collected after two weeks.
