Abstract
InThe present study , a total of 115 skin lesions were randomly collected from young gamels (6 months - 2 years old) during autumn , winter and spring seasons drom three Egyptain governororates , marsa Matroh (30) , Aswan (50) and giza (35) .The samples were prepared fpr inoculation in freshly prepared primary camel kidney cells (CKCs) three blind passages on the primary cell culture were carried out.
