Abstract
study included comparison between the immune onse,cell mediated immunity and protection level of standard dose of Rev! vaccine of the cattle when ulated subcutaneously and conjunctivally in the mice. studying the shedding of Rev! vaccinal strain in the es of the vaccinated mice and in the milk of ewes cinated with Rev! vaccine by the two routes .The lts revealed that using of Rev! vaccine conjunctivally immune response and protection level nearly similar those obtained by S\C vaccination ,although there not any shedding of the vaccinal strain in the feaces the milk of the vaccinated animals so it consider more for application.
