The success of any industry depends on the way it markets and promotes its products and services, the growth and progress of the tourism industry depends on the ability of satisfying the needs and desires of the customers through the offered services. The tourism sector is developing notably since the beginning of the second half of the twentieth century; the development of hotel industry was closely related to this sector to the extend that they became a phenomenon that its economic effects are undeniable, and became one of the major income, jobs opportunities and generating industries inside the country.
With the continuous increase emerging of tourist segments of price sensitive and limited income, which undertook the necessity of providing convenient accommodations that are not luxurious as the past to serve only the rich. Now, focus is on the economy hotels sector. These hotels offer convenient service degree with moderate prices as well, which became very important all over the world. Moreover, international hotel began to have interest in this increasingly growing market. The competitive was severe among various hotels to work on attracting that important market.
Economy hotels are considered one of the most important sorts of hotels that accomplished growth rates and numerous spread all over the world recently. These hotels aim to provide clean and comfortable rooms to customers with the basic services of the rooms without conditioning providing food and beverages to be served or any other hotel services, with standard prices suitable to the offered services.
