Abstract
The soil type had a slight effect on growth of O. variegata. but not of both Aloe arborescens and Schlvmbergera trruncala. For Atoe arborescens and Obera
uariegata, every increase in the relative amount of sand in the soil led to slight increase in growth. In contrast, for S. truncata, the opposite was true .
