Abstract
There is, nowadays, many interest to know if leptin system is also operating in buffaloes. Taking into account that there are no published data on the changes in buffalo plasma leptin level throughout gestation and postpartum periods. Thus , the aim of the present trial has been preliminarily, to assess plasma leptin level of Egyptian buffaloes throughout pregenancy and postpartum period.
