Abstract
Fungi, in common with other living microorganisms produce extracellular enzymes. One of these enzymes which found a way in industrial applications is cellulase. It is used as a cell wall disintegrator and in the production of fermentable sugars by the hydrolysis of wood wastes and agricukural residues and as a digestive aid in t
