Abstract
A solar drying system consisting of a solar collector supplemented with sun tracking reffectors and a drying cabinet was designed and constructed to test the possibility of drying grapes in whole clusters hanged in a stream of solar heated air.
Solar collection system:
The thermal performance of the solar collection system was improved by adopting the best arrangement of air flow path throughout the collector and by using a set of sun tracking reflectors.
