المستخلص
تنطلق الدراسة من فرضية أساسية وهى أن العلاقة بين التعليم و الأمن القومى علاقة طردية حيث أن أى تغيير فى إستراتيجية التعليم يؤثر على مضمون الأمن القومى بأبعاده المختلفة السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية .
وتنبع أهمية الدراسة من أن التعليم أصبح يمثل إحدى دعائم الأمن القومى بمفهومه الشامل ، ولذلك أصبح تطوير النظم التعليمية ضرورة فرضتها الأحداث والتطورات العالمية السريعة والمتلاحقة .
استخدمت الدراسة منهج تحليل النظم ومنهج دراسة الحالة ، واتبعت عدة أدوات هى أداة الاستبيان وأداة المقارنة وأداة تحليل المضمون الكيفى .
تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى أربعة فصول بالإضافة إلى فصل تمهيدى وخاتمة .
يتناول الفصل الأول الإطار النظرى للعلاقة بين التعليم والأمن فى ظل تطور مفهوم الأمن القومى ،أما الفصل الثاني فيقدم دراسة للأبعاد الداخلية والخارجية لتطوير التعليم فى مصر. ويتضمن الفصل الثالث إستراتيجيات تطوير التعليم المختلفة وانعكاساتها على الأمن القومى . ويتناول الفصل الرابع خطوات إجراء الدراسة الميدانية ونتائج الاستبيان .
وقد أثبتت الباحثة صحة الفرضيات التى طرحتها الدراسة وأجابت على التساؤلات التى طرحتها وأوصت فى نهاية الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات من بينها : ضرورة اهتمام نظام التعليم المصرى فى توضيح العلاقة بين التعليم و الأمن القومى ، و ضرورة مراجعة كافة المقررات و المناهج ، و تزويد المقررات بالدروس التى تحث على التمسك بحب الوطن و الدفاع عنه ، وإعادة تدريس مادة التربية الوطنية لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية ، و تطوير نظم وأساليب التعليم المقتبسة من الخارج و تطويرها بما يتلاءم مع الظروف و المتطلبات الداخلية للمجتمع المصرى .
This study is released from the assumption That is relation between Education and the national security of Education change in the strategy of Education affects the national security different sides Political, economical and social.
This study is important because Education has became a pillar of the national security, so the development of Education systems is a must because of the speed international events and changes.
This study is classified into four chapters added to introduction and conclusion.
* The first chapter deals with the theoretical frame of the development of the relationship between education and security through the development of the national security concept.
The second chapter introduces a study of the intra and extra dimensions * Education development in Egypt.
* The third chapter includes various strategies of education development and their reflections on national security.
* The fourth chapter deals with steps of the field and the survey.
*The researcher has proved the assumption and answered the questions, the study dealt within the end she recommended the following:
The Education system in Egypt should pay attention to the link between education and the national security
*all the syllabuses and curriculums should be restudied and provided with lessons lead to home love.
*The civil Education subject should be ret ought for the primary stage pupils.
*Foreign styles of Education should le modified to suit the Egyptian needs and demands.
