Abstract
Out of total number, 100 Balady sheep constituted the material of this investigation. Animals belonged to breeding units of Veterinary Medicine Hospital, El Hawatka farm and -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; Assiut abattoir. Animals were subjected to careful clinical and laboratory methods of examination and classified according to their age, sex and healthy status as in table (1). br Whole blood and anticoagulated blood samples were collected -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; each animals through jugular vein puncture to estimate the following test: br Haemogram picture including: Units br 1- Coagulation time /min. br 2- Platelets count X103/mm3 br 3- Plasma protein gm% br Biochemical tests: br 1- Blood serum total protein gm% br 2- Blood serum albumin gm% br 3- Blood serum globulin gm% br 4- Albumin / globulin ratio ratio br 5- Blood serum fibrinogen gm% br 6- Blood serum glucose mg% br 7- Blood serum cholestrol mg% br 8- Blood serum total bilirubin mg%
