Investment is considered the main instrument for the plan of social and economic development in order to achieve its aims That are represented in increasing production,satisfying The needs and desires of individuals,and raising the ability of national economy and its encountering of global challenges In addition to providing new job opportunities that contribute to promoting the standard of living .(27 :36)
There fore,the nations that aim at renaissance,the societies That want to flourish,and the institutions that search for progress and development, have to follow the right way to Achieve such aims. The first step on the right way is represented In setting a strategy that has specific aims and methods, and is characterized by practicality of analysis and techniques, as well as possessing a real logic that clarifies work procedures and demonstrates its descriptions in each stage to facilitate the achievement of the desired aims (39: 57)
Sport marketing has emerged to be considered one of the most Important bases of physical practices. in addition sport is considered a field for marketing equipment, products Championships, and human facilities . It also plays an important role in the field of investment and material profit, since the Egyptian hand ball federation depends on governmental support besides its own revenues and private donations . this decreases in financing leads to deterioration of the game standard in spit of the fact that the Egyptian Handball Federation Possesses great material capabilities represented in sport championships, playground, and establishments, in addition to human capabilities represented in players, Judges, Coaches, and administrators. These capabilities need a lot of preparation and enhancement through sport investment of all capabilities that contribute to increase opportunities of success and financial profit. Sport professionalism is one form of investment in the field of sport in order to being great profit for investors and for the federation, besides, the financial gain for the rest of its components. Professionalism in the world sport is a mere profit and trade so as to make professionals gain millions of dollars in addition to the gain of investors who sponsor these teams. (41: 68)
Sport professional for players, judges, and coaches leads to a financial gain for players the federation and club. So appropriate methods should be found to invest profits as a sours of internal financing, in order to go without governmental support to allow the opportunity for governmental administration to direct such support towards some great projects established nowadays.
Moreover, promoting sport games and competition is also a form of investment in sport science. The interest of Egyptian Handball is concentrated on marking as well as technical aspect of sport games and championships. Therefore sport playground and establishments are no longer connected to competitive activity only, they have become a field that encourage in vestment in sport.
Thus, in order to promote the game of hand ball, there should be a recognition of modern techniques of sport marketing, in addition to investment of federation activities (establishment, playground, competition, championships, players, coaches, judges, administrators, technicians, etc…) in order to attain Word Championships, and increase the economic profit exploiting according to the needs of the federation .
* Aims of the research
The present research aims at designing a suggested strategy for investing the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation through recognizing the following This elements:
- The elements through which it can got Strategy to investing the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation.
- Obstacles the activities hamper the investment of activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation.
Question of the research
1- What are the elements through which it can got Strategy to investing the activities of the Egyptian Handball federation?
2- What are the Obstacles the activities hamper the investment of activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation?
Procedures of the research
The research has used the descriptive approach for its appropriateness for the nature and procedures of the research .
Sample of the research
The research sample was selected according to the random purposeful method represented in the following :
- Members of the Federation boards of directors ( 5 individuals )
- Members of the Federation committees ( 21 individuals ) .
- Members of districts boards of directors ( 60 individuals ) .
- Judges (referees) including 80 individuals .
- Coaches (117) individuals.
- Administrators (90 individuals).

- Analyzing previous literature.
- Personal interview.
- Two questionnaires.

Conclusions
The main Conclusion of the questionnaire of investing the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation:
First: Aims
1- The aims of the Federation can be achieved by the available material and human capability in the case of marketing them in a scientific way.
2- The absence of any clear restriction on professional players and coaches.
3- It is possible to measure the results of the Federation desired aims.
Second: planning
1- The absence of a strategic plan or marketing the human and material capabilities of the Federation.
2- The federation does not hold investing programs for the marketing quality of administrative leaders.
3- The importance of preparing players scientifically in the aspect of physical, skillful, tactical, psychological, and mental preparation.
Third: Capabilities
1- There are material and human capabilities in the federation are not enough to achieve its aims.
2- The Federation needs programs for qualifying those who work in the Federation in the field of sport investment.
3- The necessary caring for designing a local and global plan for preparing great professional players.
Fourth: Financing
1- The sources of financing that are listed in the Federation are not enough to achieve its aims.
2- The source of self-financing in the Egyptian Handball Federation are numerous such as:
- Investing the rights for promotion and propaganda.
- Rights of T.V and radio broadcasting of sport games and championships.
- A percentage of the revenues resulting from professionalism and players transfer.
- Sponsoring corporation and trade institution of the game of Handball.
Fifth: Marketing
1- The absence of a strategy for marketing the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation.
2- The techniques of marketing the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation are:
- There must be a strategy for marketing the activities of the Federation.
- Specifying a teamwork for managing marketing of different services.
- Spreading advertisements inside playground, contribute to the activation of the marketing process.
- Issuing A group of prizes and presents holding the title of the club.
- Preparing training programs for administrative leaders.
- Establishing Institution related to the Federation for investment and increase economic gain.
The main conclusions of the questionnaire of obstacles against investment of the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation
First: Legal ad legislative hindrances
1- The absence of a specialized laws that clarify for the investor how to invest in the Egyptian Handball Federation.
2- Ignorance of the way of legal position for such investment.
second: Administrative Hindrances
1- The absence of a specialized administrative to issue special licenses for work to invest the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation.
2- Routine procedures that lead to the difficulty of dealing with investors and administrators in the Egyptian Handball Federation.
Third: technical Hindrances
1- The scarcity of qualified specialists who possess practical and scientific experience in the field in both the sporting and the economic aspects.
2- The difficulty of obtaining valid data and information that serve the procedures of investing the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation.
Fourth: Hindrances related to awareness of Political Investment
1- The absence of awareness of Handball as a field of investment for sponsoring corporations.
2- The lack of awareness of the importance of Handball and the role it plays in the life of society and the individuals.
Fifth: Hindrances related to awareness of sport Politics
1- The absence of a clear investment policy in the Egyptian Handball Federation.
2- The difficulty of specifying a national aim for the country based on investing the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation.
Recommendations
1- The sporting field should be prepared for investment among other investment fields in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
2- Increasing the investment in the field of sport within the economic policy.
3- Providing legislations that encourage investors to participate in sport investment such as discounts of customs and taxes.
4- Designing a plan that specify how to invest the activities of the Egyptian Handball Federation and the types of activities that can be invested.
