The present study aimed to: br - you know the role of the primary school in the development of some time management skills in the governorate of Assiut 0 br - conceived proposal to increase the effectiveness of the primary school in the development of some time management skills to their students 0 br, the researcher applied the first questionnaire on the (183) of the teachers and Alspainp second (53) of administrators spread (15) primary schools spread over (7) sectors of education and these sectors are distributed to (6) departments of education are the departments br (Assiut - Dirout - Obnob - Badari - El Ghanayem - Open) education has also application Alastpantin to (54) is directed from all educational sectors selected 0 br The study resulted in many of the results: br - The results of content analysis of the decisions of the rows first, third and sixth primary interest in the skills of time management and came skill organization in the first place, followed by the special skills of planning, followed by skills Special control br - The ranking of practices of time management as perceived by teachers and mentors br (control - regulation - planning) is different with the results of content analysis for time management skills (control - regulation - planning) 0 br - The ranking of practices that are exercised by the school administration as it deems administrators and mentors (Regulation - Planning - a control) and are consistent in part with the views of teachers and mentors for practice exercised by the teacher (Control - organization - Planning) 0 br in the light of the results of the field study to the perception of the proposal included four axes courses - the role of the teacher - the role of school management and the physical elements and human resources.
