المستخلص This study aimed to develop a perception of a proposal for a system configured teacher education faculties in Egypt, so take into account the current realities and capabilities, as well as its aspirations in the light of some contemporary global trends. Use descriptive analytical method, also used the personal interview, and the format designed by using the Delphi method was applied to the tools of the study sample intentional by some experts and specialists in education. The study concluded that a system configured teacher education faculties in Egypt currently suffers from the ambiguity of the philosophy and objectives of the composition of the teacher. Inadequate procedures in the policy of admission of students, teachers, faculty of education, lack of balance between the academic aspects of the configuration, and training of educational, cultural and training, added to the rigidity of the study plans and decisions, and not in pursuit of rapid scientific development. Lack of diversity of methods and teaching tools, and the adoption of Calendar primarily on traditional systems in the exams. Poor training programs before and during the service and lack of student services and human and material resources and the cost of training within colleges of education. |
