Abstract
Ferroelectric and antiferroelectric properties belong to interesting phyical properties of several crystals the ferroelectric crystals are the special cases of pyroelectric crystals where the spontaneous polarization can be reversed under the influence of a strong enough external electric field in ferroelectric crystals the spontaneous polarization is usually observed below certain temperature called the curie temperature.
