Abstract
The aim of the present investigation was to synthesize a new typeof ketone release tag non - radio - labeled which may help in the different types of assay e. g. DNA hybridization and coupling to proteins like antibodies or antigens for antigen - antibody determination the experimental work of this study firstly deals with the synthesis of the tag N - hydroxy succinimide ester of N - pentaflourobenzoyl - 4 - piperidyidenyl acetic acid.
