Abstract
The present thesis is concerned with geological, petrophysical and mineralogical investigations for the arealying northwest of quattara depression western desert Egypt Geological study is represented by construction and interpretation of many subsurface maps prepared from composite logs for the different formations of middle jurassic upper jurassic lower cretaceous and upper cretaceous ages.
