Purpose the study main purpose is to investigate wether there is a significant relationship between green marketing and organiztional performance. Due to the negative footprint of the hotels sector on the enviroment revealed in the exploratory study it was chosen as the target population. A total of (n=70) hotels, ranging from four star to five star, responded to an email survey contains a questionnaire that measured fifteen enviromental management practices, twinty-five green marketing practices, sixteen organiztional performance variables, and ten demographic variables. Correlation analysis was used to test the realtion between green marketing and organiztional performance. Furthermore, factor analysis was performed to identify the dimensions or strategies underlying green marketing and organizational performance scales. Finally multiple regression analysis was carried out explore the most significant dimensions of green marketing that impact on the organizational performance.
