Abstract

The study was carried out in Faculty of Science, Banha university and moleculare genetic laboratory; Faculty of Agriculture, Ain-Shams University during the period from 2007 to 2009, fifteen wheat varieties were used in this study. The fifteen used wheat varieties were classified to Ten varities were hexapolid having A, B and D genomes one varity was diploid contains genome A only and four varieties were tetraploid having A and B genomes.
The objectives of this study are:
1) detecting of fingerprinting for fifteen wheat cultivars by using Randomly Amplified polymorphic DNA and Inter-Simple Sequence Repeats –PCR analysis.
2) to develop PCR-based markers using RAPD and ISSR technique to identify each cultivars at the DNA level
3) to detect the genetic relationships among these cultivars by the development of similarity matrices and dendrogram based on RAPD and ISSR markers either their individual patterns or their combined class pattern
