Abstract
This research effort aims at exploring to waht extent intellectual capital plays a role in achieving competitive advantages, how to manage the three components of intellectual capital to achieve competitive advantage in the Egyptian industrial organizations. Thus the research is designed to fulfill the following objectives: identifying the existance situation and practices of intellectual capital in Egyptians corporation. identifying the role of human capital and its practices in Egyptian enviroment to achieve competitive advantages.
