Abstract
1- Evaluate the dietary intake of factory workers under investigation compared to recommended daily allowances “R.D.A”.
2- Assess the relation of anthropometric measurements with the nutritional status.
3- Assessment of nutrient intakes from food consumption data collected by the 24. Hour recall method.
4- Evaluate the effect of nutrition on the health status of the workers.
