Abstract

These study included on 2548 record production of milk for a number 387 buffalo for 350 or vaccinated by 106 Telloukh (AP) to herd buffalo Egyptian’s station Animal Production Research Bmahlh Moses of the Research Institute 4 Production Animal of the Ministry of Agriculture - Dokki - Giza during the period from 2001 until 2006.
The data were analyzed those records using a mixed model (Harvey 1990) to study various environmental factors and the animal model Bastthaddam program Ctmlat Great specified Boldman 1995) to estimate the genetic criteria studied different recipes.
The main targets of the study: -
(1) study not just of the number of somatic cells to produce milk and its components.
(2) study the factors that affect the milk yield and milk composition and the number of somatic cells in the Egyptian buffalo.
(3) estimate the amount of lost milk and estimate the amount of economic loss as a result of the increase in the number of somatic cells in milk.
(4) Respect standards and genetic components and the number of physical Alkhlaba in the Egyptian buffalo
