If Beak-Through Pain Is Occurred It May Be Managed By The Means Of Rapid Acting Opioids As Oral Transmucosal Fentany Citrate (OTFC) Pulmonary Delivery System For Morphine And Fentany, Effervescent Buccal Fentany Tablets.
Failure Of One Opioid In Management Of Patient’s Complaint Dose Not Mean Failure Of All Opiods, As We Have To Try Other Opioid Options: So,Pain clinician Must Be Expert In The Field Of Opioid Rotation And Equivalent Doses Calculation.
