Abstract

In this study were isolated 20 isolated from both bacteria Alazutobakatr and Alazossberalm of five soil samples were collected from different regions in Minia Governorate and uncultivated plants corn was found that these bacteria is common in these soils.
Ten isolates were isolated from specialized Phages all of Alazutobakatr bacteria and Alazausburleim of soil samples were collected and purified in a manner to isolate single plaque was found that these Phages and widespread in areas where soils were collected.
To find out whether Phages isolated different types or similar has been studying various properties of the ten isolates of phages both Alazutobakatr and Alazossberalm and properties that have been studied are estimating No. pH ideal for each isolation VAG degree thermal inactivation effect of ultraviolet radiation to determine the extent Alauaúly shape and size of particles viral and estimate the size of DNA.
It was found from this study that the ideal pH for each isolates Alvaj specialized both Alazutobakatr and Alazossberalm is the number 8 also shows that the X-rays of wavelength 360 nm inhibitory effect of phages isolated this effect was different depending on the period of exposure to radiation
Therefore, the isolated الفاجات each Alazutobakatr and Alazossberalm been.
