Abstract
To know which is the best method of treatment modalities that was used to manage femoral shaft fractures in children and adolescents as regards to: age, pattern of fracture, location and associated bony and soft tissue injuries. Also to determine the new modalities that can improve the results and outcomes of cases with femoral shaft fractures in children and adolescents as regards to the rate of union and help us to avoid the complications as nonunion, malunion, leg-length discrepancy, implant failure and infections.
