Abstract
The present study was carried ou to evaluate and compare two the present designs for restoring long span unilateral mandibular designs for restoring long span unilateral mandibular disal ertosion cases . hey are the convemional removable partial denture and partial overdnture supported by distal implant All of patient were fre from systemic discuss that might influence -the results. Also they had normal ma\illo’ - mandibles Relationship and good oral hygiene _ The patients were randomly classified into two groups: group A: Received conventional removable partial denture with gingivally approach clasp on abutment tooth at the free end side and cross arch stabilization on the opposite side by using double Aker clasp on the first and second molar joined to the saddle by lingual plate _ GroupB: Received removable partial overdenture with distial osseointegrated implant located in molar region with ball / O-ring attachment , gingivally approach clasp on abutment iooth at the free end side and cross arch stabilization on the opposite side by lIsing double Akcr clasp on the first and second molar joined to the saddle by lingual plate
