Also they had normal ma\illo’ - mandibles Relationship and good oral hygiene _ The patients were randomly classified into two groups: group A: Received conventional removable partial denture with gingivally approach clasp on abutment tooth at the free end side and cross arch stabilization on the opposite side by using double Aker clasp on the first and second molar joined to the saddle by lingual plate _ GroupB: Received removable partial overdenture with distial osseointegrated implant located in molar region with ball / O-ring attachment , gingivally approach clasp on abutment iooth at the free end side and cross arch stabilization on the opposite side by lIsing double Akcr clasp on the first and second molar joined to the saddle by lingual plate |
