Abstract
The entitled thesis Physico - Chemical Studies for Pyrimidine Compounds in the Field of Nutrients comprises four chapters.chapter I includes the literature survey about the biological activity structural chemistry complex formations and the role of metal complexes in nutrition and health this chapter is ended by the aim of the work which includes briefly.
syntheses of some complexes of adenine barbital thiouracil alanine lysine and methionine.the use of some spectroscopic IR, VIS, ESR, X ray powdered diffraction and magnetic susceptibility measurements to confirm the structure of the complexes.Applications of thermal analysis food additives activiy against microorganisms and the effect of the complexes on toxins.
