Abstract
This study was performed on 47 female patients suffering from infertility and had polycystic ovary (PCO) proven by pelvic ultrasonography. Ten fertile female subjects were taken as a control group. Patients were classified according to the type of infertility into: 32 females patients with primary infertility and 15 females patients with secondary infertility. Patients were further classified according to the manifestations that associated with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)into : 31 obese PCOS patients (24 primary infertile and 7 secondary infertile).
