Abstract
This study was conducted for three consecutive years 2006,2005,2004, and to study the three points Raisah, namely:
* Determine the best suitable temperature to store two mango varieties differ in color epicarp State (green yellow).
* Study the impact of exposure to low temperatures on the permeability of membranes and fatty acid content of mangoes.
* Determine the degree of genetic kinship between some mango varieties on molecular Almtoy using polymerase chain doubled technique and also to find the relationship between molecular structure and color of the outer shell of mangos.
