Abstract
The main aim of the present work is to collect enough ecological data on M. sojae and evaluate susceptibility of certain soybean varieties to infestation with M. sojae management in the future. To reach such a goal the study included the following objectives :
1-Seasonal abundance of the M. sojae under Kafr El-Sheikh region, North Delta of Egypt.
2-Effect of sowing dates on soybean plants infestation with M. sojae.
3-Evaluation the relative susceptibility of four soybean varieties to infestation with M. sojae under natural infestation.
4-Efficiency of yellow sticky traps to monitor the adult stage of M. sojae.
5-Survey and seasonal abundance of the parasitoids associated with the considered pest under Kafr El-Sheikh conditions.
