Abstract
Mycoplasma is one of the most important diseases that cause economic problems for birds as a quick and accurate diagnosis imperative in controlling this problem.
1 - This study involved screening 1350 samples (350 lung 350 rod pneumatic 350 air pocket 150 swab nasopharyngeal and 150 swab articulated) collected from 350 chick of different ages (from age of seven days up to 42 days) of the broiler of Kafr el-Sheikh and was broiler suffering from respiratory symptoms and to isolate Almikroblazema Jallespticm and Mycoplasma Sainovy.
2 - ratio was unarmed college for mycoplasma 19.7% (266 of 1350) and was the highest insulation mycoplasma 27.9% (106 of 380) from the age of 35 days to age 42 days, followed by 21.3% (81 of 380) from the age of 25 on Alyamr 35 days and then 16% (47 of 295) from age 15 to age 25 days and the least 10.8 % (32 of 295) from the age of 7 to 15 days of age.
