Abstract This study was planned to throw light on the quality of milk powder chemically and bacteriologically. This aim was achieved by examination the milk powder : Chemically for : -Determination of Titratable Acidity. -Determination of Fat percentage. Bacteriologically for : -Aerobic plate count. -Detection of Salmonellae. -Enumeration and isolation of Bacillus cereus. -Detection of staph. aureus enterotoxins. |
