Abstract The following points were conducted at the present study : 1-Prevalence of animals showing respiratory manifestations and signs of clinical mastitis in relation to total number of buffaloes and cows. 2-Distribution of samples collected from buffaloes and cows showing respiratory manifestations. 3- Prevalence of positive samples isolated from nasal swabs, tracheal swabs, lymph node specimens, and lung specimens in buffaloes. 4 Prevalence of positive samples isolated from nasal swabs , tracheal swabs, lymph node specimens, and lung specimens in buffaloes. 5- Prevalence of positive samples from affected quarters in buffaloes. 6- Prevalence of positive samples from affected quarters in cows. 7-Results of genus determination of obtained isolates. 8-Results of biochemical characterization of isolated mycoplasmas. 9-Prevalence of mycoplasma isolates in respiratory samples collected from buffaloes. 10- Prevalence of mycoplasma isolates in respiratory samples collected from cows. 11- Prevalence of mycoplasma isolates in buffaloes and cows with signs of clinical mastitis. |
