Abstract
Two field experiments were conducted at the experimental farm of the faculty of agriculture. Kafr El-Sheikh in the first season (2001-2002) and at Sakha Research station in the second season (2003-2004) using faba bean plant (variety Giza 461) to study the effect of inoculation with VA mycorrhizal fungi, phosphorin and their combined presence of P-fertilization levels at the rate (0, 15, 30 and 45 kg P2O5 /fed) on the growth characters, yield and its components as well as N-P concentration and uptake by different organs of faba bean plant.
