Abstract Summary ’proximately 170 million people worldwide are living with HCV ection /chological sequalae of HCV infection had a growing importance at t decades. e purpose of our study is to assess the psychological disturbance of ”V infection by the mean of different questionnaires such as quality of ; (HQOL), Psychological distress (profile of mood state scale), pression (Beck depression inventory), coping (ways of coping scale), rceived stress score and Impact of disease scale were assessed in our idy. iree hundred and six subjects were conducted in our study and divided :o different groups:- •Group T before:-69 patients with liver disease before the diagnosis of CV selected from out-patient clinic of National liver institute. - Group I after-The same patients of group Ib one month after agnosis.
