Abstract
Lower urinary tract whichis represented by the blaader , it is easily examined by cystomerty and pressure-flow study the included 80 pattients with lumbar intervertebral disk prolapse .cystometry and pressure-flow studies of micturition was done to all patients preoperatively and three months postperatively.urodyamic diagnosis of 28 patients(35%) revealed areflexic bladder in 18 patients (22.5%) , underactivebladder in 7 patients(8.75%) and neuropathic detrusor overactivity in 3 patients(3.75%). Areflexic bladder wasencountered in 15 patients out of 18patients preoperatively, underactive bladder in only 2 patients preoperatively and all 3 patients with preoperative neuropathic detrusor overactivity became normal posoperatively.
