Abstract
The Pupose Of Our Study Is To Investigate Whether Transcranial Doppler Is A Prognostic Tool Can Inform Us About The Future Condition Of The Patient Of Ischemic Stroke Regarding Improvement And Deterioration,. So, We Can Predict The Functional Ability Of The Patient In The Acute Scene. Methods- This Study Has Been Done In ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Of Neurology Department, Zagazig University Hospitals. It Included 30 Patients (16 Males And 14 Females) With Age Ranging from 30 To86 Years With A Mean 60.2+13 Years. Neurological Deficit Was Quantified According To The UNSS Score.All Patients Underwent A Cerebral CT. An Extracranial Duplex Was Done To All Patients.
