Abstract
The aim of this work is to evaluate the parameters of success and failure of endoscopic surgery of hydrocephalus in infants and children.
35 cases of were obstructive hydrocephalus of various aetio logies constituted the subject of tis study.they were operated in Department of Neurosurgery, Zagazig University in the period from May 2004to december 2007. they were 21 mals and 14 females, the age of patients ranged from 2 months to 14 years with mean age of 3.5 years.
