Abstract

The immune system includes numerous lymphoid organs and many different cellular populations with a variety of functions .
The bone marrow and the thymus support the production of mature T and B cell lymphocytes and myeloid cells such as macrophages and poly morph nuclear cells and are referred to as primary lymphoid organs .
The results of lymphocyte transformation test showed that highest level of immunity was determined in sheep group received Sheep pox vaccine with cephalosporin (Ceferadin), followed by group which recieved Sheep pox vaccine with (ampicillin) at the first week and the lower level of immunity that showed in the control group not treated and not vaccinated) and the level of immunity was higher in the first week, followed by the 2nd and the 3rd week and decreased at the 4th week.
Serum neutralization test in sera of sheep vaccinated with sheep pox vaccine alone and or treated with Ampicillin and cephradin antibiotics drugs, indicated that the higher level in the group vaccinated with sheep pox vaccine with cephalosporin (Ceferadin), followed by group recieved Sheep pox vaccine with (ampicillin) and the least antibody titre was observed in the 1st group (vaccinated with sheep pox vaccine alone).
The highest level of antibody was observed at the end of the treatment especially at 45 and 60 days of treatment and it was higher than the level at the first periods.
Ampicillin enhance serum antibody response and stimulated lymphocyte proliferation index .
In general, the level phagocytic percent and Phagocytic index differ (P < 0.01) according to treatment groups. The Phagocytic percentage increased in the different week after vaccination than before vaccination.
The lower level of Phagocytic percent observed in control group, followed by group recieved sheep pox vaccine treated with cephalosporin. While, the higher Phagocytic percentage value observed in group vaccinated with sheep pox alone and group recieved sheep pox with ampicillin.
Meanwhile, the higher value of Phagocytic index observed in group vaccinated with sheep pox alone and group recieved Sheep pox vaccine with Cephalosporin. Meanwhile, the lower Phagocytic index value observed in control group , sheep pox vaccine alone and group recieved sheep pox vaccine with ampicillin.
