Abstract
The results obtation can be summmarized as follows:seven thermophilic and four thermotolerant fungal species .isoloted from egyptian soils were screened for their ability to that all the fungal species .Results revealed that all the fungal species tested except thermomyces lanuginosus and talaromyces dupontil exhibit reasonably detectable CMC_ase activity in culture media.
