Abstract
This thesis includes four chapters the first chapter present the mechanism of electro dissoulution observations on the polishing process in copper phosphoric acid system and an idea about mass transfer in electropolishing which includes the variables affecting the limiting current current distribution problem survey on the previous work is also included in this chapter.
