Abstract
The aim of this work is to study the behavior of some drugs and the site of their maximum concentration after death at different time intervals and different tissue sites , since the postmortem concentration of drugs in solid organs can create major difficulties in the interpretation of postmortem drug levels. The results of this study revealed that , paracetmol concentration in the liver tissue was more than kidney and brain. Paracetamol could be detected in the liver after one month , and could not be detected in the kidney or the brain after the same time interval. After one and half month paracetamol could not be detected in the liver also.
