Abstract To achieve maximum nutritional care of patients, hospitals menus were evaluated as well as the food consumed at home by males and females in relation to DRI (2002) recommendations. Diseases considered were diabetes mellitus, renal disease, heart disease and liver disease hospital minus were evaluated for male and female patients , 30-50 years old and having mean length and BMI of sample submitted to questionnaire, which collected data about demographic and health status as well as food habits. Moreover, ruded biochemical analysis were carried out and anthropometric measurements obtained the results could be summarized as of follows. |
