Abstract
Proximal humeral fractures are very common fractures especially in order population after a low energy trauma.
These fractures sustain special consideration in treatment and later prognosis especially the shoulder joint function.
THE SHOULDER IS AN ELEGANT PIECE OF MACHINERY.
iT HAS THE GREAT RANGE OF MOTION OF ANY JOINT IN THE BODY.however, this large rang of motion can lead to joint problem.
The indications for surgical treatment of a given fracture are dependent not only on the classification of the fracture baqsed on the degree of displacement of its segments, but also on the patient’s bone quality, age , work and recreational demands, and overall medical condition .
