Abstract
The predominat wind directions in summer 2003 is nw and nnw in 2004 with maximum velocity 18.2m/sec(from wnw) and mean velocity 5.54 m/sec,while during the winter are ssw and n with maximum velocity 18.3 m/sec (from nnw)and mean velocity 4.52 m/sec.the significnt wave height in deep water ranges between 0.43m in april 1999 and 1.2m in february 1999.the wave predominant directions are nnw,n and ne with maximun% of occurrence 76.49%n in january 1999 and 98.55%ne in april 1999.
