Abstract
MR imaging has become a valuable modaliy in the evaluation of the female pelvis,as it considered the imaging modality of first choice for dedicated examinationsof the female pelvis regarding its high soft tissue contrast, and the ability to direct multiplanar imaging, optimal anatomical relation of the visceral organs, the differential zonal anatomy of the corpus uteri and the cyclical endometrial changes during the menstrual cycle are well depicted with MRI and better visualialization of both ovaries.
