Abstract The aim of this work is to develop new analytical methods (ultraviolet and visible [ion-pair, charge transfer and oxidation reduction], atomic absorption spectrometry and conductometric titration) for determination of different pharmaceutical compounds such as anti-tissuve e.g. dextromethorphan hydrobromide (DEX) and pipazethate hydrochloride (PiCl); anti-spasmodic drugs e.g. drotaverine hydrochloride (DvCl) and trimebutine maleate (TM) and fluoroquinolones antibacterial e.g. gatifloxacin (GT) and moxifloxacin (MX). We have stimulated this work toward the development of reliable analytical methods for the determination of micro amounts of The investigated drugs in pure forms, in pharmaceutical preparations and some of the investigated drugs in spiked biological samples (urine or serum). |
