Abstract
Female represents a basic element in our society and has an important role in different life stages.
For this all religions care for respecting female and increase her presentation.
Inspite of this and for great sorrow, the social life may still practice violence against female .
Female circumcision is one of feature of violence against female as well as psychosomatic disturbance.
Violence against women is one of the issues that lie in the sphere of those interested in the study of woman’s health and her rights.
Throughout the last decade, this issue started receiving increasing concern on the International level, as a violation of human rights.
It is also a factor that affects general health.
The World Health Organization indicated that violence against women presents a danger to her health, the health of her family, and the community.
The Organization took upon itself the burden trying to stop this violence. (WHO, 1996)This study focused on three forms of the violence against woman and they are female circumcision rape and Familial violence.
Because of the
sensitivity of the three issues, many researchers in the Muslim World avoid them. So, emphasis was put on the methodological approach for the three items.
Violence against woman is known as any act offeree and compulsion may affects the life, body, psychological state or freedom of a woman.
(Ragab, 1998)Rape the legal definition of sexual assault may vary from state to state, most definitions of rape include:
• The use of physical force, deception, intimidation, or the threat of bodily harm.
• Lack of consent or inability to give consent because the survivor is very young or very old, impaired by alcohol or drug use,unconsciousness, or mentally or physically impaired.
