Abstract
Systemic lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease when your body attacks it self, that involves many organs including skin, internal organs such as the brain, lungs, kidneys, and the heart. The disease is characterized by the development of T cell and antibody responses against a variety of self-antigens.
