Abstract
Better understanding of how to improve saccharification of different agricultural wastes via chemical pretreatment as well as the elimination of some inhibitory substances was the goal of this investigation .the results obtained can be summaeized as follows: Nine mesophilic fungal species isoloted from egyptian soils were screened for their ability to produce poyssaccharide degrading enzymes.Optimum temperature and pH for the production of polysaccharide degraging enzymes was 30CandpHrange of 3-5.5respectively.Optimum temperature for the activities of CMC_ase,PGandxylanase were 30-50.25-40and30C,respectively.
