Abstract In this work, a mathematical computational model con dstent well with the proposed experimental aspects has ~en developed. According to several assumptions and model ~ , a mathematical expression of detector response to the ~tivity induced in fluid cyclic neutron activation has een derived. An expression of detector response to the ~tivity induced in open-loop neutron activation is also btained as a special case of the fluid cyclic activation ,n the general from. Design, construction, calibration, evaluation and pplicability testing of the experimental facility are resented and discussed in the previous chapters. Applic tions to isotopic analysis and vanadium determinations in oth marine and land crude oils of Balayim source ( The thermal and epithermal neutron fluxes, throughout the 4 adiation chamber, are found to be (6.195 x 10 + 12%) (3.25 x 102 + 10%) n./cm2. sec, respectively. |
